How do I make a reservation for a cage?

    • Click the “Book Now” button. Select your cage and continue through the available booking times.

Do I need to bring my own bat?

    • Yes, we have equipment on hand but prefer you to bring what you need for bats, gloves, and helmets if needed.

If nobody is using the cage next to mine, can I use it?

    • No, our system is set up with rentals, lessons, and practices so we need to keep each reservation to its accurate space reserved.

Do I need to clean up my cage, or does someone do that for me?

    • You need to clean up the cage after use. If it isn’t clean, you will be charged $25 to the card on file.

Do I have to bring my own baseballs or softballs?

    • We have baseballs in each cage but we do not provide softballs. If you book a cage with a softball pitching machine we provide dimple softballs for the machine use only.

How do we access the facility?

    • Our facility uses a convenient keyless entry system. In your booking email, you’ll notice the access code is listed as “pending.” To retrieve your door code, simply click “Manage Booking” at the bottom of the email. Please note, it may take a little time for the code to generate, but rest assured it will be available before your scheduled booking. If you booked well in advance, the code will also be included in the 24-hour reminder email.
